All Our Savannah Kittens are raised in our Country home with lots of love, space and fresh air! 

Spots On The Lake is a small home based T.I.C.A & CCA registered cattery located in beautiful Niagara On The Lake Ontario. We are producing only a few Savannah litters per year. Our Kittens are raised in our Country home surrounded by Lush Vineyards, Gardens and Beautiful Lake in Canada's Prettiest Town Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario. Our Savannah Kittens are all a result of Savannah to Savannah Breeding , we raise some of the most beautiful outgoing kittens in the world today.

We were one of the first savannah breeders to work with the savannah breed here in Canada, we have been living with and raising savannah cats for 5 years now - we are also proud to say that it was us whom brought the Savannah breed to be first accepted with the CCA ( Canadian Cat Association) back in 2006 for registry and exhibition status and most recently in 2007 our breed has advanced into New Breed class! With very dedicated, ethical savannah breeders and owners it will be no time at all until the savannah breed will be one day advance into Championship class!

Our Kitties are very much a part of the family here and they are all our charished pets first and foremost. Please do not be offended should we ask you questions about yourself and the type of lifestyle and home you are willing to provide one of our kittens. We look to place our kittens in the very best loving homes, with people whom are willing to care and keep their new kitten for it's entire lifetime. We specialize in the traditional BST Colored Savannahs at this time, currently all of our kittens are a golden yellow to brown color (both warm or cool) with dark brown to solid jet black round spots.

We understand just how important early socializing with people of all types is, so we take extra measures when socializing our kittens, such as exposing them to car rides, vet visits and meetings with children of all ages and seniors.

We also volunteer our time to a 'Pet Therapy Program' with our Savannah Cats and our Mini Aussie Dog  by visiting hospitals, schools,  senior citizen homes, extended care centers, and other care-giving facilities. It is very rewarding to help bring some joy to those who need a little "lift" in their lives.

We are focused on developing Savannahs with Loving Affectonate Personalities & Striking Exotic Looks. Our Breeding Goal is to achieve Cats with Beautiful Exotic Spotted Coats, Large Ears, Long Legs combined with a friendly, outgoing, loyal temperament. Our Kittens are very well Socialized with different people, places and other animals before leaving for their new homes. All kittens will leave for their new homes when they are ready, usually between 12-16 weeks. All Kittens will be Veterinary Certified, Health Guaranteed, Kitten Vaccinated and in most cases either Spayed or Netured before leaving for their new homes. Kittens will be trained in Litter Box Etiquette and be using a scratching post before going to their new homes aswell. 

Our Kittens are all registered with T.I.C.A ( the International Cat Association) and the Savannah breed has been recently accepted as a New breed with the CCA (Canadian Cat Assocation)  

We Vet Test all of our Cats for FIV and FELV we are proud to say we are a FIV and FELV negative cattery.

We currently raise F2, F3, F4 and occasionally F7 generation Savannahs at this time.

We have a adoption question application for all those wishing to adopt our sweet babies and we are more then happy to keep in contact and assist new owners with any questions throughout the life span of our Fur-babies. Before going to their new homes our Kittens are VERY well socialized, with small & large Dogs, Children, all types of different people of all ages and sizes.

We screen all potential homes very carefully, and have a pre-adoption application that all interested parties must fill out prior to being added to our waiting list to adopt one of our kittens.

If for some reason you ever become unable to care for your savannah cat adopted from us we do require you surrender the savannah back to us as Savannahs DO NOT re-home well, they will bond to one family usually for life.
