John B. Martin, LCSW, DCSW, is the Co-owner of Lifespan Services Inc. He has been a social worker in Florida since 1974 and received his masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University in 1978. After working in the mental health system, he opened his independent practice in 1981, providing counseling to adults as well as consultation/training services to health care organizations such as nursing homes, physical rehabilitation clinics, home health and hospitals.
Counseling and psychotherapy for adult individuals, couples and families has been Mr. Martin’s primary area of interest and skill development for over 25 years. He continues to be enthusiastic about the opportunity to assist adults with the various challenges they face in their day to day lives.

Bonnie M. Martin, LCSW, RPTS, is the Co-Owner and Clinical Director of Lifespan ServicesInc. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, from St. Leo University. She also received her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida. Since 1978 she has owned and directed educationally based child-development centers, and has worked extensively with children and their families.
Her experience also includes three and a half years of work with the terminally ill and their families. She also has over 10 years experience in Medical Social Work, Adoptions, and Clinical Social Work. She is also a Certified Adoption Specialist.
Bonnie is a registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and uses this modality, along with Pet Assisted Therapy to address the child’s emotional, family, and cognitive needs. She is qualified to provide Violence Risk Assessments, to evaluate Developmental Delays and ADHD, and to offer expertise in Pediatric Bipolar Disorder. Bonnie has been very active in the community servicing on a number of state and local boards.

Cristina Mantilla, MA, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern is the Assistant Clinical Director of Lifespan Services, Inc. She is a graduate of Argosy University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with an area of concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Cristina has been working with children, adolescents, and families in various settings such as the Pasco County District School Board, the Department of Children and Families as a family Case Manager, and Sunrise of Pasco Domestic Violence Center. She provides mental health counseling services for individuals, couples, families, adults, and adolescents (12 and older), and leads therapy and psychoeducation groups. Cristina offers services in both Enlglish and Spanish.

Mary Rozycki, MSW is a graduate of Florida State University's Clinical Social Work Program. Over the past eight years, Ms. Rozycki has worked with children and families as; a case manager in a community health setting, an elementary school teacher, and a social worker. She is also a certified adoption specialist, with adoption knowledge and experience to share with families.
Dawn Hudak, MA, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern is a graduate of Argosy University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. Dawn has been working with children and adolescents in various settings in Hillsborough and Pinellas County, such as Haven Poe Runaway Shelter, Children’s Cancer Center, and Family Resources. She has also worked with adults at Directions for Mental Health. Dawn works with children, adolescents and families using a variety of counseling techniques tailored to the individual and families needs.

Interns-All of our professional staff have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services fields and one year health/mental health experiences.
Alyssa Visalli, BS , is currently a graduate student at St. Leo University who is part of the counseling psychology program. She is anticipated to graduate in May 2007. She completed her Bachelors at University of South Florida in December 2005 with a degree in Psychology. She has been in child care services for about 13 years. She did mentor a student for a year in the Brandon area. Also, she was a substitute teacher for Hillsborough County for a little over a year. Alyssa has worked at Gulf and Lake Academy, a residential were she worked with the adolescent girls in the program.
Kecia Posey Adams, BS, Kecia earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2004 from the University of Maryland. She is currently a graduate student working toward the degree of Master of Social Work at the University of South Florida. Kecia has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings in Maryland, Virginia and Florida. Kecia enjoys working in partnership with her clients to help them achieve their treatment goals. She provides mental health counseling services, with the supervision of Bonnie Martin, LCSW here at Lifespan Services.
