Adolescent Girl Group

 Duration: New Group Begining February 19, 2008

Date/Time: Tuesday Nights at 5:30-7:00 pm (meetings are held weekly for an 8 week period)

Where: Lifespan Services (5207 Trouble Creek Road)

Topics: -Psychoeducation for teens on managing stress, improving self esteem, and assertive communication

Women's Group

Duration: New Group Begining March 5, 2008

Date/Time: Wednesday Nights at 6:00-7:30 pm

Where: Lifespan Services (5207 Trouble Creek Road)

Topics: -Women's self-esteem and self-awareness

            -Imrpoving relationship with family members and significant others

            -Coping Strategies

  Cost: $20 or accepted insurances
