Leave a key with us and know that we have it in safekeeping. A key in South Haven will allow us to check on your home, take care of cleaning, repairs, wait for deliveries, etc. while you are away. It also allows us to have your home ready to your specifications each and every time you arrive, and to allow you to leave knowing Coastal Concierge will put it back in order for your next visit.

WEEKLY HOME CHECKS:
Our Cottage Patrol team will give you peace of mind and insure that your investment in South Haven is under a watchful eye while you are away. We’ll monitor your home as often as you’d like – inside and outside – and provide a status report to you. No more frozen pipes, broken windows, animal damage or leaking roof problems that you don’t find out about for weeks – the Cottage Patrol will be your eyes and ears.  If there is a problem that needs to be addressed we will contact you immediately with solutions to remedy and will oversee
whatever needs to be done.
