Thank you for helping get a lost pet back home!

1) Untwist the USB from the cap.

2) Plug the USB device into your computer.  A small light will immediately display on the USB device letting you know it is active.  Click here to see what a USB port looks like on desktop and laptop computers.

3) A screen will appear with a very small list of documents.  Click on the "Owner" document.  This will open the document  a pet's owner has filled out containing their contact information.
