Q: Where do I plug the PCPetID into my computer?
A: The PCPetID is a USB device and it plugs into your computer's USB port. Click here to see what a USB port looks like and where it is normally located on desktop and laptop computers.

Q: How do I plug it in?
A: Just push it into the USB port. A light will display on the end of the PCPetID showing that it is inserted correctly.

Q: Nothing appears on my screen when I plug in the PCPetID, what do I do?
A: Computers can be set up in many different ways. On some computers the PCPetID forms will display automatically, other times you may have to open the forms by performing a couple of easy, extra steps.
