tell you your Principal and Interest only. To get a real picture
of your montly payment, remember to add in your monthly
property taxes and your monthly insurance.
With this calculator, you'll want to multiply the purchase price
by the percentage required for a down payment. FHA is 3.5%,
Conventional is 5% and income property can be as high
as 25% Your insurance will be based on your provider, but
if you add $75/month, then you'll have a close estimate.
One last thing, if you're purchasing a property with condo
dues or home owner association dues, then add that to your
estimate too.
